Things to check before you call:
• Air filter is clear of debris
• Thermostat is set to “COOL”
• The temperature setting is below the indoor temperature
• Batteries in the thermostat have been replaced (where applicable)
• Breakers are set to the “ON” position
• The “FAN” is set to “AUTO” not “ON”
