Perform diagnostics on failing or failed HVAC systems to identify issues and root causes.
Repair broken or underperforming HVAC systems, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
Conduct thorough maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts to prevent breakdowns and prolong equipment lifespan.
Perform comprehensive evaluations of HVAC systems to assess overall health, identify potential issues, and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
Maintain positive client relations by providing excellent customer service, addressing client concerns, and communicating effectively throughout the service process.
Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly, including service reports, work orders, and maintenance logs, while adhering to established procedures and protocols.Our Hiring Process

Possession of EPA certification for handling refrigerants – Required

Valid drivers license & clean driving record
Able to pass a drug test and background check

Responsibilities
Assisting in the installation of new HVAC systems, including ductwork, pipes, and equipment.
Listening to and learning from the lead installer, following instructions, and asking questions as needed to gain understanding and experience.
Helping to prepare the worksite by gathering necessary tools, equipment, and materials.
Assisting with lifting, carrying, and positioning HVAC components and equipment.
Assisting with the assembly, installation, and connection of HVAC components according to specifications and building codes.
Cleaning and organizing the truck or shop to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Following safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
Performing other duties as assigned by the lead installer or supervisor.
Requirements
1+ years of experience as a Residential HVAC Installer – Preferred
Possession of EPA certification for handling refrigerants – Preferred
Upbeat & ‘go-getter’ personality, and willing to learn/grow in the HVAC industry.
