New System Installs
Installation Guarantees That Protect Your Investment
Comfort Guarantee
After a heat-loss and heat-gain calculation, we guarantee your new system will hold 70° at the thermostat on a 20° day and 75° on a 95° day. If it falls short after you complete our recommended performance upgrades and keep your system maintained with us, we will replace it at no charge. Upgraded Daikin systems are covered for 2 years, and all other systems for 1 year.
No Lemon Guarantee
On upgraded Daikin systems, if your air conditioner or heat pump compressor fails within 5 years, we install a completely new outdoor unit with a fresh 5-year No Lemon Guarantee. If your furnace heat exchanger fails within 10 years, we install a brand-new furnace with a fresh 10-year guarantee.
$500 No Frustration Guarantee
If your new system breaks down in the first 2 years and leaves you without heating or cooling, we will restore heat or cooling within 24 hours of your call, or we will pay you $500 for the inconvenience.
Property Protection Guarantee
Our technicians protect your home throughout the installation. In the unlikely event we cause damage to your property, we take full responsibility and repair or restore the affected area to its original condition at no cost to you.
Equipment Protection Guarantee
If your new system has an issue during the guarantee period, we diagnose and repair it at no additional cost, including parts and labor. Upgraded Daikin systems are covered for 2 years, and all other systems for 1 year.
